Sports Premium

At St Michael's, we believe that physical education and school sport play a vital role in the development of our pupils’ health, wellbeing, confidence, and resilience. The PE and Sport Premium is additional funding provided by the government to help primary schools improve the quality and breadth of their PE and sport provision.

We use this funding to enhance our PE curriculum, increase opportunities for all pupils to be active, and promote a lifelong love of sport and physical activity. This includes investment in staff training, equipment, extra-curricular clubs, and participation in inter-school competitions.
